“ Absolutely delicious! Love it so much that its hard to eat ramen from other restaurants because nothing compares to Ramen Ray. Super cosy and the workers there are so welcoming and kind. Probably my favorite restaurant of all time. ”
“ Great food and service. A bit on the expensive side but worth it! Cozy and cute restaurant. ”
“ First time here, excellent choices and the Shoyu which I picked at random was excellent. This is definitely a restaurant for repeat visits. Ok I officially declare Ramen Ray as the best ramen in Indy. I am so coming back with friends ”
“ Went here for Devour Indy and truly couldn't be happier. The service was so positive and the food was DELICIOUS. We got the chicken paitan and shoyu ramen and will absolutely be coming back!! We also got the vanilla soft serve and a slushy and are leaving with full and happy hearts and stomachs ”
“ I wanted to try this place for a while as I have drove passed it multiple times in 61st Street . If you're looking for a comforting bowl of ramen at the low key restaurant Ramen Ray is the place ! I They have a variety of ramen options to choose from ! We were confused on what to order but the owner was super nice and explained what to except in each dish . I ordered Spicy Oyako Miso Ramen with Chicken. I loved the flavor I believed it had pork broth so I would recommend asking about it before ordering . The portions are huge so I had to box almost half of my bowl . I would definitely visits Thai place again to try other ramen, appetizers and soft serve ice cream ! Also , we went on a Saturday night and were not aware that the places closed at 8 PM else we would have gotten there earlier . So , please check the time they close before heading there . ”
“ Friendly service. Chef greeted us and ask if we had any questions about the menu. Food was excellent. ”
“ When this place first opened I feel like it was the only place in Indy that served ramen. Now there are a ton of places so I hate to say it but I haven't been in recently because it was out of the way. I'm happy to be stopping in today because I have always loved the broth and gyoza. Since I've been away I can see some of the updates they have made. You can check in at a kiosk if you prefer it and their menu options have grown to include more ramen and curry! ”
“ Ramen can be VERY hit or miss. Pulling up to this place you can just tell it's going to be good. The menu is small, but for good reason. They do their ramen well. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu was full of flavor and very filling, and the miso spicy wasn't too spicy, but gave just the kick you were looking for. Both dishes came piping hot. Obviously you have to bag some gyoza - and these were fresh, soft, with a slight crust. Already looking forward to my next trip. ”
